Winterstorm Apartments offer luxury self-contained apartments just 200 metres from the Sakka ski lift carpark. Offering everything you need for a great Japanese ski experience with many conveniences just moments away. Easy access to runs to suit all levels of skier and snowboarder as well as access to back country powder for the more adventurous.
Winterstorm is a small complex of just 3 non-smoking apartments. Each fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms. Two apartments are fitted with ensuites whilst the third apartment has one full sized bathroom with bathtub. Each apartment has a comfortable living area, European equipped kitchen, their own laundry/drying facilities, underfloor heating throughout, Apple TV, free WiFi and lock up ski storage.
The apartments are set within the highly desired area of Wadano in Hakuba, just a two minute walk from the Sakka ski lift at Happo One and conveniently located on the local shuttle route allowing easy access to the train station; bus station; restaurants; supermarkets and, most importantly, all the skiing or snowboarding you could possibly want.
All apartments offer western style bedding. Two units offer one queen bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. The third apartments features one queen bed plus two adult bunk beds sleeping a total of 6 adults.
All apartments have a modern western kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, full size oven and microwave with a full range of western cooking and eating utensils. Complimentary washing powder and dishwashing powder is available.
Apartments 1 & 2 feature an ensuite in each bedroom. The third apartment offers one full bathroom with bathtub. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom plus complimentary body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Your host will assist you with any questions you might have or hints on where to ski for the day. He can even put you in touch with one of the best local backcountry guides available to enjoy that true powder experience. Afternoon supermarket runs are available, plus luggage storage is available after check-out so you can squeeze in just a few more runs on your last day.
Mid-stay major clean and linen and towel change after 6 nights if staying longer.
